Back at it.
I’ve been using that chalk board for a couple weeks now. If you follow me on Instagram (exercise4fries), then you have already seen me using it. I’m definitely having fun with it! The past two weeks of dinner menus:
This week to get all the groceries I went to FIVE different stores to get everything that I needed. Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Publix, Costco and PetsMart (had to get Masey her food!). Sheesh. It was definitely a long day of shopping, but I think in the end I saved some $$ going around to the stores with the best price (perhaps I wasn’t saving in the gas department).
This week’s breakfast are going to be the usual smoothies and overnight oats, snacks are going to be KIND bars and fruit and lunches will simply be dinner left-overs. Easy, fast and delicious.
Not only am I back on track for meal-planning and blogging, I am also going to BOOTCAMP!
The super-awesome Tina is doing round 2 of bootcamp. I signed up the last time she did it, but I didn’t participate to the fullest since my main focus was finishing out my half marathon training. I’m definitely looking forward to putting all my efforts into this round. I even recruited my BFF Larissa to do it with me (long distance, but it still counts!)
I’m *hoping* that she is coming out to visit in a few weeks, so it will be fun to do the workouts together… among other fun things!
That’s all for now! Be sure to swing by later. I promise that I’ll be back with recaps of some fun things I’ve been up to the past few weeks.
HAPPY MONDAY,
Brooke
PS- I cannot find my memory card to save my life, so almost all my pictures are taken with my iphone.
Yeah Brooke is back :)
